Quarterly price updates
Import reviewed Namibian material and labour rates each quarter. Existing BOQ line items and projects remain unchanged. Verify prices with suppliers before issuing quotations.

CSV columns: name,unit,material,labour,source,reviewed_on. Imported rates replace matching descriptions; custom rates and existing BOQs are preserved. Online checking requires internet and a server that permits cross-origin access.
Namibian rate database
Starter rates are illustrative estimating allowances, NOT verified supplier quotations or official Namibian tariffs. Update rates using your own supplier prices and labour costs before quoting.

Quotation settings
VAT defaults to 0. Set the applicable VAT only if your business must charge it. Markup is applied to costs plus overheads, not the same as net profit margin.
